Miss Elizabeth Winn, 38 North Liberty street, was advised of the sudden death in New York of her father, Francis Patrick Winn, 68, who was well known in the Cumberland area, having been employed in the postal service here. For the past few years Mr. Winn was engaged in the real estate and insurance business in Long Island, N. Y. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Clara Winn; two daughters, Elizabeth and Jeanne Winn, of this city; and two sons, F. Bliss and Thomas Winn of Marietta, Ohio.
