From what I can remember off hand George Washington Burge had a son named George Washington Burge who had a son named Ira who had a son named Carlos Monroe who had a son named Alfred who had a son named Alfred, Jr. Alfred Jr. is my children's father. I was excited to see names used over and over and even names that we have in the family today. I have some names of George Washington Burge's and Ira's children if you would like them. I"ll talk to you more after I get home and check my records. I just can't thank you enough for all this info. In the files that I could not totally understand I saw lots of information that I would love to have. I noticed several cemeteries that I have visited and saw the name Bogalusa, Louisiana mentioned several time, but could not decipher what it was telling me. I am interested in this because Carlos Monroe moved to Bogalusa from Pearl River, Mississippi. .
