Remarks: Resides in Franklin (?). Conscripted March 1862. Deserted May 1862 at Harodsburg, Ky., adroitly falling behind his regiment and effecting his escape. Has worked at various places in and near Louisville until deserted. Has always been a Union man never had any sympathy for rebel army. Commissioners recommend his release on taking oath unless theres other evidence can be produced against him.
