Warren, lived in marion County, Ms before the War between the States and
then moved to Harrison County, Ms. and reared his family there. Later he
returned to Pearl River County and settled on a place near the head of
Wolf Creek. A member of the family said he drove 100 head of hogs
with them from Harrison County but when he settled, the hogs kept
going-last heard of passing Bowerville, Ms. Warren homesteaded the
place which later owned by John Bilbo, then Joel Bilbo who lived there
until he passed away.
