Funeral services for Alfred Keith Hill, 37, were March 9, 2000, at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randall Griffin officiating.
Hill, a resident of Tylertown, died March 6, 2000, at Walthall General Hospital.
He was disabled.
He was born June 8, 1962, at Tylertown son of Kathleen Lee Hill and the late Albert Leon Hill.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Kathleen and B. L. Dillon of Tylertown; a son, Patrick Keith Hill of Tylertown; a daughter, Kayla Victoria Hill of Tylertown; three brothers, Tim Owens, Perry Hill and Greg Hill, all of Tylertown; three sisters, Kay Jordan of Davenport, Fla., Judy Thomas and Lillie Todora, both of Tylertown; a maternal grandmother, Edith Lee of Tylertown; and numerous nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
Pallbearers were Lee Hill, Timmy Zeringue, Mike Lee, Chris Lee, John Lee and Clint Jordan.
Honorary pallbearers were Teddy Dabbs, Tom Henry, Wayne Cheeks and Donnie Buros.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Burial was in Old Stateline Cemetery with Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home in charge.

Altus H. Boyd

Altus Harvey Boyd, 76, of Loranger, La., died July 31, 2000, at Landmark Nursing Home in Hammond, La.

Services were at 2 this afternoon at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home in Tylertown, with the Rev. Barry Cutrer officiating. Burial was in Enon Cemetery.

Mr. Boyd was born Aug. 17, 1923, in Walthall County. He was the son of Lucious and Gertrude Etheridge Boyd.

He was a mechanic.

Mr. Boyd was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Lloyd and Lesley Boyd; and two sisters, Jerzine Nation and Eula Mae Reid.

Survivors include his wife, Hilda Mae Moak Boyd of Loranger; one son, A.J. Boyd of Napoleon-ville, La.; two stepsons, Grover Burnette of Slaughter, La., and Lynn Burnette of Baker, La.; three daughters, Mary Burnette of Slaughter, Patricia Ann Bullock of Foxworth and Julia Marie Miller of Greensburg, La.; one stepdaughter, Ellen May Graham of Loranger; one sister, Juanita Simmons of Tylertown; 20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Scooter Burnette, Brad Boyd, Danny Boyd, Steven Boyd, Robert Burnette and Billy Robinson.

Honorary pallbearers were Allen Boyd, Bobby Boyd, Dru Fulkerson, Keven Boyd, Joey Samson, Brandon Johnson and Michael Stone.
